Robotic automation: faster, lower cost, repeatable
Shipping to all 50 statesPrecision milling and turning in metal and plastic. Aluminum, stainless steel, brass, Delrin, nylon, ABS and more.
Precision milling for metal and plastic prototypes, custom parts and production components.
High-accuracy turned components for industrial and mechanical applications.
Fast CNC prototyping that helps teams validate designs and move to production sooner.

Low and medium volume runs with scalable capacity and consistent quality.
Every material below is priced instantly when you upload. If yours is not listed, ask and we confirm at quote.

Our robotic cells load and unload CNC machines around the clock. Less manual handling means lower cost per part, faster turnaround and the same result every cycle. That is how we can price your part the moment you upload it.
Robotic tending keeps spindles cutting overnight and on weekends.
Less labor per cycle, and we pass the difference on in your price.
Parts move from upload to shipping without waiting in a queue.
Automated handling removes the variation that comes from manual loading.

Quality and inspection
Every part is measured against your drawing before it ships. Standard tolerance is ±0.005 in., tighter on request. Production runs get a first article inspection so you sign off before we run the batch.
Upload once. Everything after that runs on the same automated workflow.
The number you see is built from four inputs. Change any of them in the quote and watch it update.

Aluminum is fastest and cheapest to cut. Stainless and titanium take longer and cost more per part.

Setup is spread across the run. Ten parts do not cost ten times one part.

Standard tolerance is included. Tighter callouts on specific features add inspection time.

As-machined is included. Anodizing, bead blast and other finishes add a step and a day or two.
Overflow, repeat jobs, prototypes that would tie up your best machinist for a day. Upload the file, see the price, and keep your own floor running. No minimums, no contract, and your customer never knows.

Take the order without buying the machine or hiring for it.
Same file, same price, same part every time you reorder.
We ship to you, unbranded, ready to forward. [CONFIRM: does Axton offer blind drop-shipping? If yes, this becomes: We ship to you or drop-ship blind to your customer under your name.]
